Emails sent to the company are saved and processed for customer service needs. Customer phone calls are not recorder.

Customer information is stored as long as it is needed to process related services to the customer. After that the data is either deleted or anonymized. As a customer you are allowed to require us to delete all your data anytime.

We collect data and process data when you place an order in our web shop, contact us by email or contact forms or phone, social media services, or any other situation when you handle data to us.
